Prioritize Rest and Sleep

With the days getting shorter, I’m making it a priority to get plenty of rest. Creating a calming nighttime routine is key—think reading a good book under a soft, fluffy blanket or sipping on a warm cup of chamomille tea. I’ve found that keeping the blue light at bay helps, so I’m making an effort to avoid screens at least an hour before bed. For extra relaxation, adding a calming scent like lavender from my Himalayan Salt Lamp Diffuser can work wonders.

Set Seasonal Goals

Reflect on what you want to accomplish this fall, whether it’s starting a new hobby, improving fitness, or deepening personal relationships. Fall is the perfect time to lock in and get focused on your goals before the end of the year. Consider answering these journal prompts for goal setting to realize exactly what it is you want to accomplish by the end of the year.

Get Sunlight or Invest in a Sun Lamp

Schedule activities like morning walks, weekend hikes, or picnics to maximize your exposure to natural light. If that's challenging, consider investing in a sun lamp to boost your mood and energy levels, helping to combat seasonal affective disorder (SAD). Regular sunlight helps regulate your sleep-wake cycle and boosts mood, which is especially important as daylight decreases.

Refresh Your Wardrobe

Swap out summer clothes for warm, comfortable pieces like sweaters, scarves, and boots. Updating your wardrobe for the season not only keeps you prepared for cooler weather but also boosts your confidence and comfort.

Stock Up on Immunity Boosters

As the temperature starts to dip, staying healthy is a must. I’m stocking up on Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and my personal favorite, MaryRuth’s Organic Black Seed Oil. Black seed oil is packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties—perfect for supporting your immune health during the colder months.

Boost Your Energy

Feeling sluggish? I totally get it. The seasonal change can take a toll on your energy levels, but a consistent intake of Saffron and Vitamin D supplements have been game-changers for me. Saffron is known for its mood-boosting benefits, while Vitamin D keeps me feeling alert and energized throughout the day.

Create a Cozy Living Space

There’s nothing like coming home to a warm, inviting space after a long day. I’ve been updating my home with fall-themed decor and essentials like the Wicked Vanilla Woods Candle. The rich, soothing scent instantly transforms any room into a haven of comfort. Or trying fall flavored items like, this Apple Pie Chai Tea! And don’t forget about treating yourself to fuzzy, knit socks or a velvety plush blanket!

Invest In Yourself And Learn Something New

Use the fall season as an opportunity to invest in your personal growth. The fall atmosphere encourages us to withdraw from external influences and draw more into ourselves. Its the best time energetically to start focusing on your inner-self. Incorporate self care practices into your lifestyle that nurture your body and mind. Also set aside time to dive into learning through either online courses, reading books that inspire you, or develop a new skill.
